You give so much of yourself to others. You care deeply. You show up. You keep going — even when you’re tired, stretched thin, or quietly struggling on the inside.
If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or running on empty, you’re not broken and you’re not alone. You deserve space to breathe. You deserve support, too.
Many nurses reach a point where they feel:
If this resonates, there is a better way forward.
I offer calm, supportive coaching for nursing students, new graduates, and nurses who are feeling stretched thin or disconnected from themselves.
Together, we slow things down and create space to:
Regain emotional steadiness
Clarify what you need right now
Explore boundaries and energy use
Reconnect with meaning, confidence, and self-trust
For nursing students and new graduates, this support focuses on building steadier emotional foundations early in your career — offering space to reflect, ask questions, and navigate challenges as they arise.
Working with me feels:
My coaching approach is informed by nature-based and equine-informed principles, including lessons around presence, boundaries, and regulation.
For clients who are local or able to travel, optional in-person equine-assisted coaching may be available as a separate, experiential offering.
My role is to walk alongside you — not to tell you who to be, but to help you find your way back to yourself.
I currently offer two coaching options, depending on where you are in your nursing journey. Both provide a calm, supportive space for reflection, clarity, and steadier ways forward.

Hello, I’m Rhonda — a registered nurse and certified life coach with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. I understand the emotional load that comes with caring for others, and I’m here to support you in finding balance and fulfilment again in all areas of your life. My approach combines mindfulness, emotional resilience work, values-based coaching, and the option of equine-assisted coaching sessions.
I offer a calm, safe, and supportive space to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Time spent in nature and working with horses has played an important role in my own sense of grounding and renewal, particularly during demanding seasons of my career. The lessons I’ve learned about presence, boundaries, and non-verbal awareness naturally inform how I support clients through their own journeys.
I’m especially passionate about helping nursing students and new graduates build resilience early, so they can enter the profession with confidence, clarity and a strong foundation for emotional wellbeing. Over the course of my nursing career, I often found myself wishing there had been a space like this — somewhere to pause, reflect, and be supported through the realities of caring for others.
I look forward to supporting you.
